What is LetterSG?

LetterSG is a tool that allows public officers, public healthcare & public education officers to create, issue and track personalised official e-letters to citizens.

Who can use LetterSG?

Any public officer with a ".gov.sg" email, officers from whitelisted public healthcare & officers from whitelisted public educational institutions are able to login & create letters on LetterSG.
