# About LetterSG ## What is LetterSG? LetterSG is a government platform that allows public officers to create, issue and track personalised official e-letters to citizens. It is built by [Open Government Products](https://www.open.gov.sg/), a team under Government Technology Agency. ## Who can use LetterSG?
